Dr. Tsion Berhane

Dr. Tsion Berhane is a Board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care surgeon with more than 18 years of experience and a thorough knowledge of the field of aesthetics. As the owner of Jubilee Cosmetic Surgery, her unique aim is to make high-quality cosmetic surgery results available to individuals at an affordable price. With a variety of surgical and nonsurgical options available, Dr. Berhane helps men and women enhance their figures and self-confidence through natural-looking results. Dr. Berhane believes the best cosmetic surgery results are attained when a strong patient-provider relationship is in place. She spends time listening to each patient's concerns as she works to determine an ideal, individualized treatment plan and provide optimal care.

Dr. Berhane attended medical school at Addis Abba University in Ethiopia and subsequently journeyed to Washington, D.C. to complete her internship and residency at Howard University. She completed her training as a critical care medicine fellow at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. She is affiliated with the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD.

Dr. Berhane has strong ties to Silver Spring, MD, having lived and practiced in the area for most of her professional career. Outside of work, she enjoys staying involved in her local community through volunteering, mentoring her medical peers, and motivational speaking engagements.
